We are opening a brand-new service in Redhill in July 2026, supporting young adults with a range of needs including but not limited to learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, as well as some medical needs.
You will be part of a team to deliver a responsive, person-centred and flexible support service to enable the people we support to build independence and live the life they want, helping them to work towards their goals, aspirations and dreams. You will also promote a psychologically and physically safe, fair and respectful working environment, using people's strengths and creating a shared purpose so they can live their “gloriously ordinary” life.
