We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, expert guidance and advice to staff on all HR matters
  • Develop and implement efficient HR processes, policies, and procedures
  • Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding employee relations
  • Support managers with investigations, reporting and presentation of disciplinary or grievance cases
  • Monitor new starter probation periods in partnership with managers
  • Operate the HR & Payroll System (Cezanne) effectively

Qualifications:

  • Previous HR experience in an advisory or business partner level role
  • CIPD Qualified in Human Resources Management (Level 5)

Requirements:

  • Successful applicant will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
