Active Prospects is recruiting Night Support Workers to join our complex care service in Redhill, Surrey. The service consists of 6 individual flats supporting 6 females requiring emotional support, learning new coping mechanisms, and the ability to express themselves.
Responsibilities
The role involves supporting people to lead an ordinary life full of opportunity and fun, helping them reach their goals and aspirations. It requires adaptability, flexibility, maturity, and the ability to empower individuals, encourage positive risk‑taking, and think creatively.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a passion for working with people with enduring mental health needs, a keen interest in the psychology behind complex behaviours, and a willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support.
