Location: Reigate, Surrey

Salary: Up to £42,536 per annum

Hours: 37.5 (Full Time - Permanent - Hybrid Working)

Do you want to work for an award-winning charity? We are currently looking for a HR professional to join the team as a HR Advisor.

Active Prospects is passionate about people progressing towards independence – we provide high quality supported living, residential and community services, activities and employment enabling, for people with learning disabilities and autism, physical and mental health needs across East Surrey and Sussex.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional, expertise guidance and advice to the staff of the organisation on HR matters
  • Developing and implementing efficient HR process, policies, and procedures
  • Being first point of contact for the managers and employees with ER relations
  • Supporting managers with investigations, reporting and presentation of disciplinary or grievance cases
  • Monitor new starter probation periods in partnership with the managers
  • Operate the HR & Payroll System (Cezanne) effectively

You will be part of a dynamic team which consists of a Director of People & Recruitment, Head of HR, HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, alongside our Recruitment Business Partners & the Learning & Development team.

Qualifications:

Applicants that wish to be considered for this position must have previous HR experience within an advisory or business partner level role and CIPD qualified in Human Resources Management (Level 5).
