This part-time role offers a salary of £36,163 (pro-rated) with flexible hours, ideal for someone passionate about inclusion, social justice, and driving meaningful change. You will lead the Pro-Active Community, support members, shape campaigns, and expand our reach across Surrey and beyond.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and strategy for the Pro-Active Community.
  • Organize and facilitate members meetings, coordinating with support staff.
  • Develop and implement recruitment campaigns to attract at least 10 new members annually.
  • Deliver impact-focused skills development programs and develop change campaigns with measurable goals.
  • Create impact measurement systems for campaigns and programs.
  • Lead social media strategy and content creation, including using Canva for templates.

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and Data Protection laws.
  • Undertake required training and development activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Represent the organization professionally and serve as a positive role model.
