About the Role

My client is a medium recruitment company and they are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Industrial team. This role is flexible by design and can be shaped around your strengths. The ideal candidate will need to be a full 360 Recruitment Consultant and a sales-focused consultant. My client does not believe in a heavy driven KPI environment and the branch is focused on working as a team. You’ll be trusted to operate with autonomy, backed by strong leadership, delivery support, and a commission structure that genuinely rewards performance.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Winning new client A - Z business
  • Managing and developing client relationships
  • Full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to placement
  • Building a strong candidate network within your sector
  • Account Management
  • New business development and account growth
  • Client meetings, proposals, and commercial negotiation
  • Working alongside your team to fulfil roles
  • Building long-term, repeat client relationships
  • Pure new business generation
  • Opening doors with new clients and sectors
  • Driving revenue growth and strategic account
  • Have a good working knowledge of the Stoke on Trent Region

  • Proven 360 experience in recruitment temps
  • High street recruitment experience in Industrial/Catering or Driving Sector
  • Strong billing or sales track record
  • Confidence in winning new business and managing clients
  • Commercial mindset and self-motivation
