My client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join their team at their Stanford le Hope site, you’ll play a key role in motivating and being a proactive individual to support the day-to-day operation, ensuring performance targets, service levels, and customer expectations are consistently achieved. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing colleagues, promoting a strong safety culture, and building effective relationships across the business. This is a full-time, permanent position with working shifts being 600am - 2.00pm, and 2.00pm - 10.00pm however flexibility is required Pay, benefits and more: A salary of up to £42,000 per annum is on offer plus 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day: Management of the day-to-day operation, providing leadership and motivation for the team to ensure the site meets its daily performance target and weekly KPI’s, thereby delivering an efficient and effective service to the customer within budget Line management of warehouse staff ensuring that all colleagues are fully trained and legally compliant. Managing hours,pay issues and training To liaise with other departments and manage the customer relationship.
