Over this period they have grown and developed boutique business models, dedicated and tailored to Industrial & On-site, Logistics, Engineering, Technical, Trades & Labour, Manufacturing & FMCG, Professional Office Services, Sales & Marketing, Oil & Gas, Power & Renewable, Executive Search and Healthcare Recruitment.\\n\\nJob Description\\n\\n * As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be managing the end to end recruitment for Temporary and Permanent vacancies\\n\\n * Winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing further relationships with your existing clients\\n\\n * Supporting the current team and management.\\n\\n * Researching the market and keeping up to date with market trends\\n\\n * Sourcing and meeting new candidates, through various means including advertising and networking events.\\n\\n * Maintaining regular contact with existing candidates\\n\\n * Advertise on Job boards, LinkedIn, social media\\n\\n * Ensuring standards of service are met at all times.\\n\\n * Screen and Interview candidates and complete relevant compliance checks\\n\\n * Matching candidates to vacancies\\n\\n * Book and attend sales and service meetings with new and existing clients to maximise growth and sales margin.\\n\\nYou will need to be:\\n\\n * Be an experinced 360 recruiter, career minded, hard working and driven\\n\\n * Have a full UK driving licence and own a vehicle\\n\\n * 40 hour working week Monday – Friday\\n\\n * Excellent organisation skills\\n\\n * Passion and desire to succeed\\n\\n * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills\\n\\n * Looking to move your recruitment career into a managementrole in the future\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer?\\n\\n * 35K basic salary plus car allowance and a fantastic uncapped commission structure\\n\\n * Flexible working\\n\\n * 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays\\n\\n * Team nights/days out\\n\\n * Full support\\n\\n * Structured career path & growth opportunities\\n\\nPlease apply and send your updated CV and if we wish to take your application to the next stage we will contact you within 24hrs
