Responsibilities
- Operate as an experienced temps recruiter within the Industrial sector with a proven record of winning and securing new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Act as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant within the Industrial sector.
- Perform well under pressure; demonstrate initiative and strategic thinking.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and be motivated by fair compensation for good performance.
Skills and experience
- 24+ months experience in Industrial temporary recruitment.
- Confident speaking with new and existing clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
