About my client Due to significant growth my client is looking to appoint an Industrial Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant specifically focusing on the Industrial market.
You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry within the Industrial sector and have a proven background in winning and securing new business/ accounts.
This is an amazing opportunity for candidates that feel they are undervalued or underpaid in their current role or feel that you have gone as far as you can in your current company.
What are we looking for?
- You are an experienced temps recruiter within the Industrial sector and have a proven record in winning and securing new business
- You’re good with people and love building relationships
- You are an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant within the Industrial sector
- You’re good at performing under pressure
- You have initiative and love working strategically
- You enjoy being well paid for doing a good job Skills and experience required:
- 24 months plus experience within recruitment within the Industrial temps market
- Confident with speaking to new and existing clients
- Great communication skills

- Pay: £32,000.-£40,000 per year plus amazing commisssion structure and car allowance
