Overview: My client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Manager/ Divisional Manager or Managing Consultant who ideally has a strong Industrial temps sector background and who has had billing success in winning new business to join them in their flagship Oldbury branch.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude towards business development, demonstrate tenacity in overcoming challenges, exude enthusiasm and energy, and possess a strong likeability factor for building rapport with new clients and chasing new business/accounts.
This role requires industry focus in any of the above sectors where you have had success within the temps market, the ideal candidate will have a competitive spirit to excel in my clients fast-paced and rewarding markets and be an experienced Branch Manager that leads from the front or a Senior Consultant that is seeking their first Branch Manager position now or who wants to work towards a Branch Manager role in the future.
