Are you a proven 360 Recruitment Consultant? Do you have experience within either the Industrial, Manufacturing or Commercial sectors (perms or temps)?
My client is a medium-sized recruiter with a flagship branch in Kings Hill, Kent, seeking an experienced recruiter due to securing some large wins. The ideal candidate will have working experience in the Kent region and have recruited into either the Industrial, Manufacturing or Commercial sectors (temps or perms).
With an existing customer base across the whole of Kent, your business wins can be both temporary or permanent recruitment solutions. As a 360 Consultant, you will have full autonomy to map, attend meetings, and fill your own diary with appointments to visit clients, as well as spending time in the office to build relationships internally, do database management, and carry out business development activities.

In a fast-paced and competitive environment, things evolve quickly; being on your toes is key, and being able to adapt, react, and work in a thriving environment is essential. My client is a forward-thinking recruiter, and the Directors have many years of experience within the recruitment industry, so they can offer support when needed.
They are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven track record of securing and winning new business in either of the sectors mentioned above. It is important that you thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoy sourcing and winning new business accounts through a proactive and positive style and work ethic. You must be professional and friendly.
Dependent on your recruitment experience and billing history within the recruitment industry, the salary is around £30K to £32K basic plus an amazing uncapped commission structure.
