My client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Manager/Divisional Manager or Managing Consultant who ideally has a strong Industrial or Commercial temps sector background where you have had billing success to join their established Castle Donington branch which is one of their flagship branches.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude towards business development, demonstrate tenacity in overcoming challenges, exude enthusiasm and energy, and possess a strong likeability factor for building rapport with new clients and chasing new business/accounts. This role requires industry focus in any of the above sectors where you have had success within the temps market, the ideal candidate will have a competitive spirit to excel in my clients fast-paced and rewarding markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your specialist sector.
- Chase down leads, establish connections, and cultivate relationships to expand the client base.
- Overcome setbacks and challenges with resilience and determination.
- Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and energy to drive success.
- Build strong and positive relationships with new contacts, clients, and candidates.

- Continue to grow your team of Recruitment Consultants and develop them to their full potential and ensure they meet KPIs/Budget.
- Great basic salary of up to 40k (Dependent on experience) plus car allowance and Commission Scheme.
