ROLE: 360 Perms Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant in any sector with billing success, ideally Industrial, Engineering, Commercial IT, Legal, or HR.

My client is a large independent recruiter with over 65 branches across the UK, seeking ambitious perm recruiters. The successful applicants can recruit into any sector, with a focus on Industrial, Commercial, IT, HR, Engineering, and Legal sectors within the perms market.
The perms recruiter will join my client's established Huddersfield branch, focusing on building and developing their perms desk/division.

- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates through advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them with job opportunities.
- Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
