The Role would include:
- Ensure all candidates are recruited professionally in line with legislation compliance
- Pre-screening candidates for potential job positions
- Co-ordinate daily the temporary workforce in line with the clients' fluctuating orders in and out of normal working hours
- Supporting admin of the team
- Filling client requirements at a fast pace under tight deadlines
- Writing and managing job adverts
- Basic pay rolling
- Collating weekly availability
The Successful Person would have the following attributes:
- Experience within Recruitment is preferred as a resourcer
- Comfortable with Microsoft packages
- Well organised
- Great attention to detail
