About my client: Due to significant growth, my client is looking to appoint a Logistics and Transport Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant specifically focusing on the driving market. You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry within the Logistics or Transport sector and have a proven background in winning and securing new business/accounts. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates that feel they are undervalued or underpaid in their current role or feel that you have gone as far as you can in your current company.
What are we looking for?
- You are an experienced temps recruiter within the Logistics or Transport sector and have a proven record in winning and securing new business.
- You’re good with people and love building relationships.
- You are an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant within the driving sector.
- You’re good at performing under pressure.
- You have initiative and love working strategically.
- You enjoy being well paid for doing a good job.
Skills and experience required:
- 12 months plus experience within recruitment within the logistics/driving sector.
- Confident with speaking to new and existing clients.
- Great communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000 - £37,000 per year plus amazing commission structure and flexible working hours.
