My client is a large recruiter with more than 55 branches, and their branch in Ashford Kent is now seeking an experienced recruiter due to securing some large wins. They require someone with working experience of the Kent Region and who has recruited into either the Industrial, Manufacturing or Commercial sectors (temps or perms).
With an existing customer base across the whole of Kent, your business wins can be both temporary or permanent recruitment solutions. As a 360 Consultant, you will have full autonomy to map, attend meetings and fill your own diary with appointments to visit clients, as well as spending time in the office to build relationships internally, do database management and carry out Business Development activities.

Dependent on your recruitment experience and your billing history within the recruitment industry, the salary is around £30K to £35K basic plus an amazing uncapped commission structure.
