Are you an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a new challenge or looking for the next step in your career? Do you have either Industrial, Driving, Finance and Accountancy or IT sector experience perms or temps?
My client is a small independent recruiter and due to continued growth, they now have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team based in their busy Mansfield office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a small established independent agency, that can offer a great work/life balance and if required the successful candidate can work from home one or two days per week.
Benefits:- Fantastic 28K to 30K basic per annum (DOE)

- Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into your specialist sector via Business development and marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
- Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
- Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
- Account management
- Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
- Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
- Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
- Matching workers to vacancies
- Building and developing your specialist sector desk
- The successful candidate will have total autonomy for your own desk/division

- Own transport is essential for this role
