Overview
Apply for the Support Worker role at Active Pathways. The position is full‑time, 36 hours per week, with shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, alternate weekends and one sleep‑in per week. Rotas are confirmed 3 weeks in advance, subject to staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Support service users in achieving their life goals, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.

Experience & Skills
- Previous experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting.
- Familiarity with support plans and medication administration.
- Strong understanding of challenging behaviours and how to handle them effectively.
- Ability to work independently, showing resilience and initiative, especially in lone‑working scenarios.
- A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
