Service Type: 23-bed adult nursing home
Salary: £19.95 per hour / £45,386.25 per year (inclusive of paid breaks + paid handover per shift)
Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time available
Hours: Full-Time | Nights | 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 7:45pm to 7:45am on a two-week rolling rota
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
As a Night Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with enduring mental health needs, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being during night shifts.

About the Role
Active Pathways is looking for a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities (RNLD) to join the team at Brookhaven, a 23-bedded open-rehabilitation service for adults with enduring mental health needs. This is a fulfilling and varied role, offering the opportunity to work collaboratively with individuals to improve their quality of life and achieve their goals.
Brokhaven focuses on inclusion, skill development, risk reduction, and relapse prevention through a robust Recovery and Social Inclusion Programme, connecting residents to leisure activities, educational opportunities, and vocational work schemes.

Requirements:
- Active NMC PIN and a degree in Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Nursing
- Experience working within mental health or rehabilitation settings, including medication training
- Ability to create care plans, conduct risk assessments, and adhere to health and safety standards
- Familiarity with current legislation and the importance of least restrictive practice
