Active Pathways is recruiting a passionate, personâcentred male mental health support worker to help people with enduring complex mental health needs lead independent, fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide personâcentred care in a rehabilitation setting.
- Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
- Support residents with meaningful daily activities and community engagement.
- Assist with emotional, social, and practical needs.
- Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent support.
- Promote independence, selfâconfidence and relapseâprevention strategies.
- Encourage and support access to education, employment and leisure opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months care experience.
- Experience in a mental health or rehabilitation setting.
- Experience of supporting individuals living under a legal framework.
