Community Support Worker – South Grove House
Location: Fulwood, Preston. Pay: £13.45 per hour (£26,926 per year). Full-time day shifts – 38.5 hours per week. 7:45 pm to 7:45 am on a two‐week rolling rota: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

About South Grove House
South Grove House provides tailored, person‐centred residential care and support for men aged 18+ with autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs. The service is designed for individuals transitioning from hospital settings or stepping up from supported living or other residential provision, supporting them to develop skills and independence in a safe, structured, and empowering environment. Our approach focuses on positive behavioural support, structured routines, and individualised care plans that help residents build confidence and thrive in their daily lives.

Help residents navigate challenges using proactive, autism‐informed approaches.

Support residents with education, employment, and leisure opportunities.

What We\’re Looking For:

Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or mental health needs.

Confidence in building meaningful, trusting relationships.

Understanding of positive behavioural support and autism‐friendly practices.

A calm, compassionate, and resilient approach.
