Community Support Worker â South Grove House
Location: Fulwood, Preston. Pay: ÂŁ13.45 per hour (ÂŁ26,926 per year). Full-time day shifts â 38.5 hours per week. 7:45 pm to 7:45 am on a twoâweek rolling rota: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

South Grove House provides tailored, personâcentred residential care and support for men aged 18+ with autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs. The service is designed for individuals transitioning from hospital settings or stepping up from supported living or other residential provision, supporting them to develop skills and independence in a safe, structured, and empowering environment. Our approach focuses on positive behavioural support, structured routines, and individualised care plans that help residents build confidence and thrive in their daily lives.
