Your Role as a Head Housekeeper/Cook
This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role where you will lead by example, ensuring our service maintains the highest cleanliness, hygiene, and catering standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting the housekeeping and kitchen team to create a seamless and efficient service.
- Ensuring all cleaning and infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe and welcoming home environment.
- Preparing healthy and well-balanced meals that meet dietary requirements and enhance residents' well-being.
- Managing stock levels, placing orders, and conducting monthly stock checks.
- Creating rotas and carrying out staff supervisions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Upholding the highest Health & Safety, COSHH, and hygiene standards.
