As a Bank Support Worker at South Grove, you\’ll play a vital and rewarding role in helping individuals improve their quality of life and work towards their personal goals. Every shift offers the chance to make a meaningful impact – whether you\’re supporting someone\’s recovery journey, encouraging independence, or simply being a positive presence in their day. Our Ideal Recovery Support Worker Will Have:

  • Essential:
  • Knowledge and understanding of Autism and/or Mental Health diagnoses
  • A dedication for person-centred care and promoting independence and recovery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desired:
  • Experience engaging with individuals and supporting activities of daily living, including social, recreational, and occupational activities
  • Experience supporting young people in the community
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge and promotion of positive practices in Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Mental Capacity
