Overview

Active (Pathways) Solutions are seeking skilled and motivated Electricians to join an ongoing substation and utility project across multiple UK sites.

You will be responsible for protection changes, cable glanding, terminating, and panel wiring, working safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality electrical installations.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Valid electrical tickets
  • Proven experience working on substations, LV/HV, or utility projects
  • Competent in protection change, cable glanding, terminating, and panel wiring
  • Ability to read and interpret red and green electrical drawings
  • Own tools and PPE
  • Strong health & safety awareness

  • Show excellent attention to detail, ensuring precision, quality, and safety at all times
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with multi-discipline site crews
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills, adapting confidently to changing site conditions
