Join the Energize Board. Energize exists to improve lives through the benefits of sport, physical activity and movement. This drives everything we do and motivates everyone involved in the organisation. Our vision is to one day eliminate inactivity so that everyone can have the benefits of moving more.

Our approach is to work across the areas of health & social care, education and communities. We aim to ensure that we support those who need it most by influencing key systems to help everyone have healthier, more fulfilling lives.

We recognise and embrace the benefits of having a balance of skills and experiences on our Board. We also see increasing diversity and inclusivity at Board level as essential to achieving our stated aims and objectives. As an organisation we believe we should be reflective of the people within our communities.

We are particularly interested in applicants who have a background in Legal, Environmental Sustainability, Primary Care & Community Health or Finance & Audit.

  • 5th June: Interviews (we will try to be flexible if this date is not suitable).
  • Week commencing 8th June: Offers and appointments.
  • June to August: Opportunity for induction, training and support. And chances to meet the team and other board members.
