We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and confident Business Manager to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director of our Active Neuro Division. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Business Support professional looking to step into a broader, more operationally focused role.
Combining high-level executive support with project coordination, stakeholder management and operational oversight, you will act as a trusted support partner to the Managing Director and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the division. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage competing priorities, and is comfortable working independently while representing the Managing Director across the business when required.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing high-level Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director.
- Managing complex diary coordination, scheduling and prioritisation.
- Organising travel, accommodation and meeting logistics across multiple locations.
- Preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings and capturing notes/actions where required.
- Supporting with communications, presentations and reporting.
- Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Supporting divisional projects, operational initiatives and business priorities.
- Coordinating leadership meetings, engagement events and divisional activities.
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders across services and Head Office.
- Attending services and meetings independently to represent the Managing Director where appropriate.
- Supporting decision-making, follow-up actions and accountability across the division.
- Helping to ensure smooth coordination and communication across the Active Neuro Division.
What we'd like from you:
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Manager, Senior Administrator or similar role supporting senior leaders.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy and fast-moving environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events and business activities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekend working where required.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
