Join our Business & People Team as an Apprentice Business Administrator, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification. You’ll support day-to-day administration, customer enquiries, HR, recruitment, compliance and onboarding, developing valuable skills for a career in business administration.

Active Luton is a community wellbeing trust offering leisure and sport, health and wellbeing, community outreach, training and education and Luton’s library services. What You'll Do

  • Assist with colleague and customer enquiries, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact
  • Provide administrative support to the organisation
  • Support HR-related activities, such as onboarding and recruitment
  • Help maintain accurate, confidential business and HR records
  • Work towards the apprenticeship qualification

This role is subject to a DBS and reference checks. Occasional travel between Active Luton sites may be required. Full support and training will be provided throughout the apprenticeship.

Training Outcome

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have gained a recognised qualification, practical workplace experience and a broad range of transferable business administration skills. This will provide a strong foundation for applying for future roles in business and HR administration, customer service or wider business support, either with Active Luton or other organisations.
