Headteacher

We are seeking an inspirational Headteacher to guide Isle of Ely Primary School through its next chapter, bringing together educational excellence, strong moral purpose and a genuine commitment to people. • Provide strategic leadership for the school, ensuring high standards of achievement, behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
• Lead, support and develop staff, promoting excellent teaching and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive a broad, ambitious curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils and supports strong outcomes.
• Manage resources, finances and facilities effectively to deliver the school's priorities.
• Work with governors, families, the Trust and the wider community to deliver sustainable school improvement and accountability.

To ensure we recruit and retain the best talent, all new employees recruited to the Active Learning Trust (leadership, teaching and support staff) will be subject to a 4 months' probation period at the start of their employment.
