Easthampstead Park is a beautiful Victorian mansion set in the Berkshire countryside, surrounded by over 60 acres of woodland, parkland and formal gardens, yet is only minutes from Wokingham and Bracknell.
The hotel has recently had a major refurbishment creating 93 stunning bedrooms, a state-of-the-art gym and refurbishment of all conference, meeting rooms, ballroom, bar and reception.
The hotel also benefits from the largest event space in Berkshire, our beautiful King Suite, which accommodates up to 500 guests.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the primary roles of this position are to deal with the finances involved with client payments & invoices, as well as beverage stock taking & paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clients and colleagues in a positive and helpful way.
- Organised and able to prioritise, working effectively in a busy office environment.
- Finance skills to deal with large amounts of income, refunds and invoicing accurately.
- Ability to write/process invoices and receipts to ensure all payment terms are met.
- Chase outstanding invoices and deal with invoicing queries.
- Assist with general administration of everyday venue needs such as filling, data input and use of email system and correspondence.
- IT skills essential.
- Proactive, flexible, able to show initiative and are prepared to develop and learn in the role and are happy to help and support all colleagues.
