Villiers Hotel is a spectacular 18th Century 49-bedroom hotel situated in the heart of the historic market town of Buckingham. Villiers has undergone a major refurbishment to all front of house areas and The Old Town Hall which provides all the meeting, serviced offices and function space. We are looking for a reliable and professional Night Porter to join our team. As the face of the business during overnight hours, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of our guests. This position is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Hours - 40 hpw working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming late-arriving guests and assisting with check-ins and check-outs
- Ensuring the security of the premises, including regular patrols
- Responding promptly to guest requests and queries
- Setting up breakfast areas or preparing for morning service
- Handling basic cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Managing phone calls and administrative duties during the night shift
