We are looking for a level 3+ tennis coach with management experience to lead tennis at Graves Health and Sports Centre. The role involves promoting the tennis programme, ensuring all promotional channels are active, evaluating initiatives using key performance indicators, building partnerships within the community, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the tennis programme, including scheduling and staffing.
- Promote the tennis programme via noticeboards, website, social media, and other channels.
- Evaluate and monitor initiatives, programmes and projects using relevant key performance indicators.
- Build new partnerships by engaging in the local community.
- Maintain a clean & safe environment, complete all cleaning schedules and keep records up to date.
Qualifications
- Experience and understanding of tennis development.
- Commitment to the game and knowledge of quality sports programme elements.
- Understanding of communities, facilities, venues, and volunteer workforce.
- Credibility among communities and tennis/sporting venues.
- Management experience at level 3+ required.
