We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity to join Desborough College in Maidenhead as part of their Pastoral Care Team. This role focuses on supporting the wellbeing, engagement, and day‑to‑day pastoral needs of young people within the school community.
As part of our partnership with Desborough College, we are working intentionally to embed movement and physical activity as a protective factor for young people and as a positive tool to support emotional regulation, resilience, and overall wellbeing. With this in mind, the school is particularly keen to attract candidates who bring:
