A tremendous opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to take on this exciting role within the Active Partnership team. Working closely with the Senior Relationship Managers, as well as our Insight and Impact Manager, it is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting the development of our place-based work in Luton, Bedford and Central Bedfordshire in tackling inequalities and increasing physical activity.

Your focus will be to support the team we have across Bedfordshire to demonstrate and evidence our impact. We are looking for someone who can enable the team and our stakeholders to make insight-driven decisions as well as providing them with the tools to demonstrate the impact of their work. You will be responsible for the utilisation of our impact measurement system.

You will have experience in working with Excel and ideally any data visualisation software (i.e. Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). You will need an ability to work with a variety of data sources to actively inform our team of information that affects their areas of work. You will need to take an innovative approach to collecting feedback that helps to illustrate the impact of the work with the communities we work with across Bedfordshire.

You will need to understand the role of the Active Partnership - Be Active and our remit in terms of underpinning the Sport England Strategy in engaging the inactive market. You will need to demonstrate a desire to add value to a successful team. Responsibilities
  • Support the team and stakeholders to enable insight-driven decisions and demonstrate impact using our impact measurement system.
  • Utilise data from multiple sources to inform the team’s areas of work in Bedfordshire.
  • Collect and analyse feedback to illustrate the impact of work with communities across Bedfordshire.
  • Work with Excel and, ideally, data visualisation software (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Collaborate with Active Partnership – Be Active and align with the Sport England Strategy to engage the inactive market.
  • Demonstrate a desire to add value to a successful team and contribute to a supportive, inclusive environment.
