Salary: £29,588 to £34,610 per annum. Subject to annual pay award.

Hours: Full Time

About the Role:

Loughborough Sport is seeking an experienced Senior Sports Volunteering Officer to lead and further develop our sports volunteering pathway. Working within our Participation & Workforce Development team, this role will take operational ownership of sports volunteering as a core workforce pathway - connecting students to meaningful, industry-aligned experiences that enhance employability, strengthen career readiness and support progression into the wider sporting workforce.

At Loughborough, sports volunteering plays a central role in both developing students and enabling the Loughborough and wider sporting ecosystem to be successful. This is a fast-paced, multi-dimensional role - designing progressive development frameworks, overseeing high-quality volunteer experiences within and beyond the University, and enabling students to build the skills, confidence and experience required for future careers in sport.
