Leicestershire & Rutland Cricket Foundation is the official charity of Leicestershire County Cricket Club. The Foundation is dedicated to promoting the game of cricket at all levels and particularly among young people, through partnership and involvement of professional and recreational cricketing bodies, community clubs and other appropriate agencies within LLR. Joining us as a Cricket Development Coach will afford you the opportunity to play an important role in supporting the delivery of cricket programmes across LLR. Your contribution will help us widen participation and strengthen community engagement in support of the L&RCF ‘This is Our Game, This is My Game’ strategy.
Responsibilities

- Support for delivering new and exciting places to play across the County.

- A drive to improve cricket experiences for players of all ages in clubs, schools and community settings.
- The ability to support partnerships across the County to increase cricket participation and its wellbeing impact.

Personal Requirements
- Willingness to participate in relevant training and development opportunities.
- Current driving licence and access to a car with business insurance.
- Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) clearance required prior to commencement.
- The post-holder must be willing to travel and work evenings and weekends as the role requires.
- Valid First Aid certificate (required prior to commencement).
- Valid ECB Safeguarding for Specialist Roles (required prior to commencement).
- A minimum of ECB Foundation Coach certificate or equivalent.
