We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Cluster Manager to lead three new community sports hubs in Leeds: Woodhall (opening September), Green Park (Summer 2027), and Holbeck (late 2027). This is a unique opportunity to oversee the launch and success of state‐of‐the‐art facilities focused on sport, health, and wellbeing. You will build and lead teams, develop strong local partnerships, and create inclusive, engaging programmes for diverse communities. Joining a dynamic and growing charity, you will play a key role in transforming lives through sport while shaping vibrant, sustainable community hubs from the ground up.

Salary: £45,000 to £47,000 depending on relevant skills and experience

Hours: Full Time

Contract: Permanent (40 hours per week)

As Cluster Manager for Leeds, you will inspire and lead a dynamic team of General Managers to deliver high‐quality facilities across three Hubs. The role will initially be based at Woodhall Sports Hub in Calverley, expanding to mobilise Green Park in Temple Newsam ahead of opening in Summer 2027, followed by Holbeck in Winter 2027. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the organisation, operations, and delivery of services across the three sites. This includes overseeing staff performance, customer service, bookings, administration, financial management, and maintaining high facility standards.

You will also play a key strategic role in:

  • Ensuring the successful mobilisation and launch of each Hub.
  • Driving community engagement and participation across all sites.
  • Developing partnerships with local organisations, clubs, and stakeholders.
  • Delivering against key performance indicators and business objectives.
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and inclusivity.
