The Football Operations Manager is a crucial member of our Senior Leadership Team and will lead critical areas of the organisation which includes strategically leading our coaching, match officials, discipline and safeguarding functions. The role will also lead the delivery of Suffolk County Cup competitions. We are looking for an individual with operational experience in at least one of those areas. This role will lead a large and diverse team of people who are subject experts in this field, giving them strategic leadership and guidance and ensuring the work they deliver is meeting Suffolk FA’s strategic priorities.
Location: Stowmarket with some hybrid working, IP14 5GZ.
