Overview
SALARY: £24,000-29,500 dependent upon experience. WORKING PATTERN: 37.5 hours per week (can be flexible and welcomes applicants requiring alternative work patterns). CONTRACT: Permanent. We are seeking a well-organised and purpose-driven Primary Schools Manager to manage programmes under the Foundation’s Education & Sport pillar. This role is key in supporting young people in primary schools across Kirklees—ensuring our community can GROW through learning and opportunity, BELONG through connection and inclusion, and THRIVE through improved wellbeing.
Salary £24,000 to £29,500 Dependent upon experience. Hours Full Time Contract Permanent. Organisation Huddersfield Town Foundation (\”HTF\”).
Responsibilities
- Lead the effective management of the Foundation’s work across primary schools, including PE & School Sport, Premier League Primary Stars & Joy of Moving.
- Actively contribute to the development of the Foundation’s Education & Sport Pillar; work with local primary schools, partner agencies and the local authority.
- Attend stakeholder meetings and strategic forums to gather and share information to inform delivery in primary schools across Kirklees.
- Contribute to the design and development of resources and practices to support staff and children in primary schools requiring Foundation support.
- Monitor and evaluate impact by translating data from Community Sport Coaches onto the Salesforce CRM system and report against agreed KPIs.
- Line manage Community Sport Coaches delivering activities across the Foundation’s primary school programmes.
- Deliver across projects within the Education & Sport Pillar, including Football Development Centres, Tiny Terriers (Tots football) and Football/Multi-Sport Camps.
- Take a strategic approach to workload to achieve KPI targets across the Premier League Charitable Fund & EFL in the Community programmes and maximise programme impact.
- Develop each programme to maximise impact, with an initial focus on expanding the Foundation’s primary schools offer.
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience in managing education or community programmes, with line management responsibility preferred.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with schools, partner agencies and local authorities.
- Experience with monitoring and evaluation, and data reporting to demonstrate impact against KPIs (Salesforce CRM experience is desirable).
- Organised, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet KPI targets.
- Ability to contribute to resource development and staff support in primary school contexts.
