About the Role: We are seeking a Lifeguard to join Loughborough University Swimming Pool team. At Loughborough University, we aim to provide a vibrant and inspiring environment for sport and fitness, supporting world-class training for Aquatics GB and British Triathlon. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team making a difference!
Qualifications: A valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent, and a first aid qualification are advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided for suitable candidates. This role offers the chance to obtain your RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification while working in an inspiring environment.
We seek individuals who can ensure a safe environment and deliver exceptional customer service. Essential qualities include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiasm, punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, involving a shift system that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. The shift allowance of 12.5% reflects these hours.
