Active Force Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers on behalf of a leading logistics client based in Avonmouth, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse operation with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
The Role:
- Loading and unloading HGV vehicles using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
- Handling and moving palletised stock safely and efficiently.
- Supporting warehouse operations within a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Carrying out daily FLT checks and reporting any defects.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
- Previous experience loading and unloading HGVs.
- Experience within a busy warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.
What's on Offer:
- Pay: Negotiable depending on experience (Weekly).
- Shift Patterns: Two shift patterns available.
- Permanent Salary: GBP32,500 per annum.
- Immediate starts available.
- Monday to Friday working pattern weekends free.
