This is more than a job its a genuinely rewarding opportunity and a launchpad for a thriving leisure management career with a ,leader in the industry. br As a Duty Manager you will. br ul li Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with our members, building strong relationships. br /li li A national pool lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential as we can fully fund the course br /li /ul Ideally you will have a Pool Plant Operations qualification and a recognised Leisure Management qualification br ul li Will be able to perform Lifeguard duties when required. Be able to communicate at different levels of the organisation. /li /ul To develop and promote exciting, innovative leisure programmes to help to increase the usage and profitability of the centre br Ensure the highest possible standards of health safety and customer care within the centre. br ul li Conduct tours for prospective members /li /ul br b THE CANDIDATE /b b Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills /b br It will be desirable that the post holder has a recognised qualification in Leisure Management, Sports Development or related subject.
