As a Lifeguard at our Centre, a national pool lifeguarding qualification is preferred, however, comprehensive training in all aspects of the role will be provided to successful candidates.

  • Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities
  • Be attentive and alert at all times
  • Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
  • Welcome and support members when using the facilities
  • Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
  • Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction across all levels of the organisation.
