Waking Night Support Worker – Andover

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a small, consistent team, supporting a client with complex needs in a truly person-centred way.
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to support a 71‑year‑old gentleman living with Locked‑In Syndrome following a brain stem stroke. He has complete paralysis and communicates using eye movements. Our client requires support with suction, PEG feeds, catheter care and nebulisers – full training will be given. He lives in a comfortable two‑bedroom bungalow, alongside a live‑in support worker provided by Active Care in the Home. Your role will be to ensure his safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.
The role will also include light domestic duties during quieter periods, such as:
- Ironing
- Washing floors
- Other light household tasks
This role would suit someone who is attentive, calm, and committed to delivering high‑quality care with dignity and respect.
Shifts Available:
- Nights 10 pm‑7 am
- Full time/Part time roles
