About the role:
Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base. We’re looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Alton. Our client is a 16 year old teenage boy who has cerebral palsy, epilepsy and a gastrostomy tube for all nutritional and medication needs. He requires oxygen PRN, full support with personal care and manual handling, is non-verbal, and is a wheelchair user. He attends school during the day, so we will be providing care before.
