We are Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs to live in their own homes.
When you’ll be working:
- 3 x day shifts
- 9am-9pm
- Full time: 36 hours a week
What you’ll be doing:
This role is to support our female client in her own home and out in the community during the day, which will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment. As part of the role, you must hold a full UK driver’s license, as you’ll be driving her vehicle. No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
