The predicted salary is between 37338 - 44962 £ per year.
What you'll be working:
- Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.30pm (This role will include a weekend & on call rota)
- Home based - With travel across the designated region (Caernarfon, Flintshire, Mold, Denbighshire, Wrexham, Chester, Telford, Shrewsbury, Leicestershire)
- Travelling expenses will be paid.
What you'll be doing:
- The Clinical Manager will have responsibility of completing competency based training to the Support Workers supporting clients with complex needs, working in conjunction with other team members.
- Delegation of approved clinical skills to Support Workers and Care Managers through training and assessment which will contribute to safe and effective service provision.
- Work with the Care Manager team within their designated region to ensure that delegation of skills requirements within the region are planned ahead.
- Evidence delegation of clinical skills to Support Workers / other team members in line with company policy.
- Conduct annual observations of Support Workers and Care Managers within the workplace.
- Clinical support for Trache, vents, Catheterization, epilepsy, blood glucose monitoring NIVS, nebs peg.
What you'll have:
- A current NMC Pin registration (Registered Childrens Nurse/ Adult Nurse).
- A legal right to work in the U.K.
- Full driving licence with your own vehicle.
- Up to date knowledge and experience in Trache, Vents, Catheterization, Epilepsy, Blood Glucose monitoring NIVS, Nebs Peg.
