Within our Care in the Home division, we support clients with spinal cord injuries to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. We are currently looking for compassionate Live‑In Support Workers to join our growing team.
Where you'll be working:
- We support clients across the South West and South of England, including Sussex, Dorset, Hampshire, Southampton, Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall.
- As a live‑in support worker you must be willing to travel across the south of the UK for assignments.
- Please note: many of our clients have pets, so applicants must be comfortable working in homes with animals.
Successful candidates will be contacted within 48 hours.
When you'll be working:
- Assignments between 2‑4 weeks long.
- Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas – minimum 2 weeks on.
- You must commit to working regularly each month to enable continuity of care for our clients.
- In this role, you’ll support individuals with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team.
- While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero‑hours contract.
What you'll be doing:
- Our clients have either a spinal cord injury, neurological and acquired brain injury.
- You will move into the client’s home and support them with personal care (including washing, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks and social activities.
- No experience required as full specialist training is provided.

- Full UK driving licence (desirable).
