About the role
Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base. We’re looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Runcorn. Our client is a young boy who has autism and challenging behaviour.
Working arrangements
- Part time Term time: 11 hours a week, split across 3 shifts a week
- Non term time: hours increase to 28 hours a week
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero‑hours contract as care packages can change.
