This will help you demonstrate your knowledge and show that you're genuinely interested in the role.

Showcase Your Compassion

This role is all about person-centred care, so be prepared to share examples of how you've shown compassion and support in previous roles. Think of specific situations where you made a difference in someone's life, as this will resonate well with the interviewers.

Ask Thoughtful Questions

Interviews are a two-way street! Prepare some thoughtful questions about the company culture, training opportunities, and support systems in place. This shows that you’re not just looking for any job, but that you’re genuinely interested in being part of their team.

Be Ready for Scenario-Based Questions
